DSPS tank from Thailand (1000 gallon+)

The coolest thing is, I saw that Acan before it left Australia for Ali's place... in person it's something incredibly special (I nearly got it for myself). Absolutely gorgeous piece, Ching :)

Thank you for letting it out.
Yes, it is so gorgeous.

dear Chingchai...

Hope you and family had a great time in Taiwan!!!

Such a beautiful Acan piece you have selected....wow

And its very creative the way uv packed the "stuff" ,that in itself is an inspiration for all of us to follow...:D

I am gonna get myslef a suitcase and plastic box just like yours and go coral shopping around the world as soon as my new tank has finished cycling and parameters stabilize :bum:

I am planning now for a skimmer and sump upgrade for my new tank....

its been up and running nearly a month now and i am already upgrading :bounce1:....thats wat i love about this hobby....keeps things fresh...;) Please do take a look and advice.

Do post some pics of your new additions.....very eager to see em...

Anup. Thanks.
I will post more pics soon.

Good luck with your new tank.

Hey Chingchai, curious to know your feeding routine. At what times, with what and how? Target feeding corals at the bottom of a 4 feet tank does not look so easy!

No, I didn't do target feeding.
I daily feed with cyclop-eeze and DT's oyster egg. Just let it dissolve and pour into the tank.

What a fantastic tank you have, at this time I do not think I can come up with a praise of the set-up you have that haven't already been said. Sir you and your tank are really a inspiration.

I have one question, what do you think about your Tunze 7096 controlers, do they work nice for you?

I wish I could see your tank live one day..

Best regards Mark

Mark. Thank you for your kind words.
Tunze 7096 is fine. Never have any problem.

You are welcome to see my tank.

Cheers,

All I can say is wow. Your corals are getting pretty packed, how often do you find yourself trimming these days? Amazing tank.

Mr. Ching, Best tank I have seen!! Do you have any kind of a clean up crew? I never see any snails on your glass, or hermit crabs in your pics. Thank You.

CC, do you plan on adding more 'islands' in your tank to hold more coral (looks like your filling up really well) or will you empty your piggy bank for a new tank? lol!
