Can't afford to buy original waterproof case for my DSLR.
Here is the decent one. The price is US$100.
I will try to shoot top view shot soonest.

They are Pseudanthias ventralis.
But they come from different place.
One pair is from Marshall island and the other one is from Hawaii.

Thanks, I thought they were ventralis but I forgot about hawaiienses. I'm still trying to decide if I should give them a try. Anyway, they're beautiful, good luck with them.

Ching (or Anyone), can you tell me how you place (or move) corals in such a tank? Might have been discussed already, if so, can you point me to the post (I couldn't find it). Really no words for this tank! Thanks.

Hi Chingchai,

Can you tell me what size your refugium is please?.
How often do you harvest the algae?.
Is this your main source of nutrient control?.

Thanks

Mo

Well, I use my own hand to place the coral.
In case the position is out of reach or too deep, I use Tong.
Not easy to do but I have no choice.

Thank you for your kind words.

Hi Mo,

Here is the size of my refugium.

I harvest the algae every three week.
Yes, it is my main source of nutrient control.

Cheers,

Dave, Thanks for your compliment.
Well, I don't pay much attention on feeding my SPS.
What I concern more is pristine water and proper lighting.
However, my most favorite food for SPS is DT'S Oyster Egg.

Heejj chingchai, you use DT's Oyster Egg for SPS but what do you use for feeding your LPS or clams?? And how about your filterfeeding aquarium??

I use frozen Cyclop-eeze to feed my LPS.
For softie tank, I use Nutra-Kol and frozen photoplankton.

Hi chingchai,

could you please tell us the thickness of your soft corals acrylic tank? I am trying to build something similar.

Also I saw from your photos that you use a Vortech pump for flow circulation on this tank. Is it an MP10 or an MP20

Thanks in advance

Hi Chingchai, since starting your 1000g tank you must be getting lots of visiters in Bangkok. Also few people from different parts of the world have visited. Can you tell me who have you met allready from around the world. By the way I just love your fish collection.
