1. At the moment, I use Icecap ballast (this company has already gone), Coralvue Lumenbright reflector and Ushio 14K bulb.
2. Yes, I am happy with all of them.

1. I do weekly water change about 15%.
2. I just use Probidio ( Biodigest and Bioptim ).

I am trying to get back to my normal enthusiasm. Only time will tell.

I find this hobby allows me to focus on something else besides "what life throws at you", for me its a welcome distraction from everyday life, even if it too represents problems
