Wow...the two supermen of the Reefing world meet in one place :D
Congrats Chingchai on acquiring the super rare angel fish and hats off to Koji for collecting such a rare angel.
A fitting home for the narcosis, the new additions will feel right at home in Chingchai's reef for sure.
What a feat....many can only dream of seeing the rare resplendent and the super super rare narcosis in one tank....that too a "pair" of each...
Everybody take a bow,,,,

Beautiful tank and amazing fish Chingchai! If someone could enlighten me, what is the fish in the second picture?

It's Centropyge narcosis, a rare deepwater dwarf angelfish species that was first collected by Dr. Richard Pyle two decades ago. It is rarely available in the trade because it is found at depths as much as 420 feet. That's why they named it "narcosis" after the bends that you can get if you come up too quickly from a deep dive.

:)

Woops really sorry, I had identified the gorgeous C. narcosis, but I was thinking about the second fish picture ;-)
Okay, I'm afraid I have no idea which "second fish picture" you're asking about. Could you give a post number or something to identify which picture?

looks like a deep water japanese Anthias ?

the Narcosis sure are amazing though ! should charge for admission now on ! :)

@ Ninong, I was referring to the fish on the third picture (aka second picture of fish).

That's where I'm lost because I don't have a third picture at all. That's why I was asking you for the post number. That way I could see where you're finding three pictures and I'm finding only two.

:)

Okay, I didn't see that fish anywhere in recent thread history. I wish you could please give me the post number???

The post number of your post that you just posted is #7537. The post number of this post that I am posting right now will be #7538. How about the post number where you found that fish???

:)

Post 7527 also

Okay! Nevermind!!! :)

I see what was happening now. That third picture is showing up side-by-side on my monitor and it was completely off the screen to the right side. So I had to move the view to see it.

I guess I just wasn't paying attention.

:)

P.S. -- I have a widescreen monitor but I have it set on 150% so that I can read the print because my eyesight is bad. When I reset it to 100% the third picture (side-by-side with the second one) pops up. :)
