I've got a custom profile that I've ran on my frag tank for about a year. It works great and now I'm going to use it as a base on the main tank.
The trick is to run all 3 blue channels for about 8 hours with no other channels present. Then for the two hours I know I will be observing the tank I would change the lighting to whatever I prefer aesthetically.
My PAR is at 220-250 range and I find that my acros love it.
Interesting approach and nothing like I run my LEDs. Good luck with the conversion.
Music I've used for that video is copyrighted so it was blocked on a few mobile devices. If you are using a phone, here's an alternative version just for you.
Wow very nice tank man... How do you like the gyre pump you use.is that the bigger size gyre
How long is your total photo period? Also when you mean 8 hrs of only blues, do you include uv? Or does the radions not have them. And what is your intensity when all blues are on?I've got a custom profile that I've ran on my frag tank for about a year. It works great and now I'm going to use it as a base on the main tank.

Did you rescape your rock at on point? It looks like there are more caves now on the left and right sides!
Excellent combination of coral, fish, and RBTA.
What a dream come true!

Sorry, its just its a very interesting approach. Everyone talks about how you need to run whites to achieve success and growth with leds. However looking at your tank makes me second guess that. Its amazing btw..
