Ducan placement?

Hi everyone, anyone have a duncan n should these guys be place more towards the bottom of the tank? Using maxspect razor 320w, hanging inside canopy about 8inches from water line.

I put a 2 headed frag a few inches off the bottom of a 60x24x24 with 4 Hydra 26 LEDs. I now have 25+ heads 9 months later. Leave room for it to grow. Mine likes moderate flow and catches lots of food. Good luck
