durso pipe

i have loud noises!! what should i do to make it stop? it was fine the other day. then i sudden took all the water out to run the pipes under the tank again. now the durso is making noises.

i have a 180 oceanic tank with predrilled overflows.

any suggestions would be great! i tried lowered and making it higher with no luck of noise reduction.

What kind of noises? Is it the dripping water noise, the surging and ebbing noise, or the gurgling noise? There is even a whistling noise. All of these are due to different causes, and different fixes. I should know. I have a 90 gal AGA and a 150 Perfecto, both pre-drilled. Not noise free, but I've got the sounds pretty mellowed out.
