Picked up a Nano with livestock last week, and picking up another Nano (Thanks BenandMandy) this week.
Thought I'd share my updates in the local forum this time.
The tank came with a TruePerc, 3 striped damsel, yellow tail damsel, a dotty back and urchin (which I put in my 80 gal last night), and blue damsel.
I gave the yellow tail and blue damsel to a friend.
I changed out the sand last night (Thanks Kaleb!) and cleaned it up quite a bit while the fish swam in a bucket for a few hours.
It's looking nice and clear this morning! I picked up a nice huge rock from a LFS yesterday with some leathers attached to it. Sure looks great in the Nano.
Also had a couple good hitchhikers - a peppermint shrimp, and 2 electric blue crabs (my fav).
The rock that came with the tank was covered in algae. (I'm certain they used well water) I put some turbos from my big tank in the Nano and they are making big strides on the existing rock I put back in. I did put one of the larger pieces in my 80 gal and my foxface has been snacking on it.
