Im looking into setting up a 3gal picto dwarf seahorse tank but curious as to where the best place to get the dwarf seahorses as far as quality and ship is, still in thinking process on this new project and any advice on this would be great

Dwarf Seahorse are not for the beginner. They are hard to care for I think and also need live food, I don't think they will eat frozen.

Yep dwarfs need live food. Most feed enriched bbs but copepods are even better if you can set up a culturing system for them.

There are lots of places that sell WC dwarfs (mostly collected in flordia). I'd recomend geting CB though, especially since you're new to them. That'll save you the headaches of having to deworm and treat for other parasites as you'd need to for WC. Seahorsesource.com is the best place I know of to get them. Might be a waiting list right now but worth it to wait IMHO.

There is a list of places that supply this species at the top of this forum, check out the FAQ thread.

Very soon now I plan on setting up finally my 3 gal picotope everything added to this tank will be from my 2 already established tanks, sand, rubble, water, macro algae, however I would like to add tiny colonies of zoas and polyps and a very small leather, would just like input on adding these to my dwarf seahorse tank, I will also be adding 1 feather duster and 1 margarita snail, hatchery is all planned out from all the reading done in this forum with all the great ideas along with constant theivery of my other tanks copepods from my filter floss, since everything is coming from already established tanks there should be no cycle time, and I hope to be getting 5 pairs of dwarves, any ideas or opinions greatly appreciated.

Also if anyone has.. pics of fully established dwarf seahorse tanks would be greatly appreciated

Something that you need to watch for when using water, sand, rock, etc. from an established system is the risk of introducing hydroids to the system. Hydroids aren't a problem in most tanks, but b/c dwarves are so small, hydroids can injure and kill them. Many keepers treat their tanks with panacur to kill/prevent hydroids, but panacur will make the tank unsafe for most corals and inverts (especially that feather duster) for many years.
