Dwarf seahorses... HOW CAN I GET THEM?!

I've been trying to get dwarfs for the dwarf tank i built since last march! and it seems to be impossible! I've been on Dan's waiting list since then, and he said around late September he would be sending them out, but now he hasn't replied to my emails for the past 3 weeks. Ocean Rider, is not really an option because im getting 8 or ten and i really don't want to pay 75 dollars for a each pair.... thats outrageous. I tried putting in an order on Florida Collector's sight for WC ones, but they never emailed me back either.

Either wait for Dan's CB ones, and he will get them to you if you put your name on his waiting list or whatever he has going on to get them to people; or get them WC from someone. Florida Collector is a one man operation, and he has been having health problems lately and has been very backed up so I wouldn't rely on him right now or expect a prompt response - even though he has always had great reviews whenever he is up and running. CCritters seems to be the place people are getting WC from right now and it has had mixed reviews.
 
You can also get Tank Raised From CCritters but yoy have to let him know that that is what you want. Seahorsesource.com won't have any ready for a while.I'm on the waiting list for them to call when ready.
 
Have you thought about asking one of the keepers from these boards for stock?

Many dwarf keepers also breed (kinda comes with the territory). I'd try that personally over getting WC's.

Thanks guys i think im going to try and get WC ones from CCritters. I didn't know about them until now. To be honest, i have heard WC ones breed more than captive bred ones, and would rather get WC ones...Im going to order them some time this week :]
 
Ok i ordered yesterday from CCritters i got 5 pairs. They charge a TON! for shipping! shipping costed more than the actual seahorses lol. Any ways, any one know how long it usually takes them to fill orders? :]
 
I ordered and paid for mine on Mon. and their being shipped out today. I have 5 pairs of Tank Raised ones coming from them with ric and zoos.
They'll probably ship out on Mon for Tues. delivery. He should give you a tracking number.
 
They called, apparently i overpayed for shipping lol that was a relief. So they gave me an extra 20 dollars of stuff I got another jawfish for my big seahorse tank now i will have 2 :] and some nass snails. They are shipping them out monday so they should be here tuesday! Ill post pics then :D
 
I tryed that and i went to some not so funny site. I will try it one more time
