yeah, damn I get in a rut when I see that going on, but I got ya. It angers me that those folks/businesses buy up the land and develop it. It angers me more when these people want other people to pay for dumping millions of dollars worth of sand to protect their bad investment. It angers me even more when they get someone who cannot even afford a vacation to the beach to underwrite thier insurance (that citizens insurace state run thing). grrrr
