Dying, splitting, or pooping?

I haven't logged into RC in forever!

In the span of 1.5 hours from this:

To this:

It isn't oozing anything, I cannot see its mouth, but it is completely shriveled up. Water levels are all good. It is a regular BTA, added on Thursday to a 3-yr old mature tank, and has been fine up until the timeframe the pictures show. Thoughts? Dying? Splitting? Pooping?

BTA's deflate like that frequently. I wouldn't worry, should be back to normal soon

Water change earlier?

My leather coral suddenly (I mean lie .5 seconds) retracted ALL if it''s tentacles, all I was doing was watching it.

I know different animal... just strange.

Actually, yes we did do a water change earlier.

Was it normal or anything different?

I have had shrinkage when I did not let the salt mix long enough.

How long do you usually let the salt mix?

I do 24 hours. I always have a mixture already ready. But once I had to do a larger water change and let it sit for about 8 hours.
