Easiest and quickest way to get rid of ich?

I have a hippo tang that has recently caught ich. I have been feeding it with garlic but it hasn't went away yet. Is there another way I could try to get my hippo tang ich free, maybe trying a product from a pet store or something?

TTM with all fish in system. Do this while running 72day fallow period.

That I know of, there are no products, potions or magic cures for ICH, if there were such a magic cure we'd all be talking about it.
Tangs are especially prone.
It's unlikely that you will "cure" you tang without removing him (and all other fish) from your tank, treating them, and leaving the tank fallow for 72 days.

Best route, hospital tank for the tang for treatment along with any other fish, and concentrate on corals and inverts for 72 days in the dt. But don't forget to dip the corals!

Exactly what I did when I first got ich.

I used the tank transfer method when ich struck. I wasn't able to do the full 72 days (made it about 8 weeks fallow), but no ich since. All incoming fish now go through TTM before going into the display as well.
