what are some gerneraly easy and good looking corals that are not to picky about lighting(besides shrooms) im looking to add some more to my take.any help would be good. thanks.

Shrooms actually are picky about light. Too much isn't good for them.

But some suggestions include Green Star Polyps. Typically they like anything from Normal Output to Metal Halides. And look like a nice green shag carpet.

Pom Pom Xenia's. Very pretty and generally very easy to care for.

Why don't you tell us the lighting you are using and we can give ya alot more suggestions.

I belive you do need some basic lighting for corals to be happy if you looking for low lighting stuff stick with zoo's, shrooms, some soft corals

BurnOutReefer,
Have you ever had expieriences with sun corals? Are they very difficult? Melev says theyre easy, but thats melev. LMK what you think

sun coral IMO = Very Hard...and yes, thats from my experience (and two dead sun corals over 5 years).....
They are HIGH maintaince IMO.....

Your 'shrooms look sad.....and the last pic looks like green star polyps....
the GSP in order to grow require higher light then what you offer....those will go first and I think your shrooms might not be too happy wither with a 28w light (no offense)...and just IMO

i took that pic right after i put them in the tank so they look kinda droopy there pretty perked up now though i'll try to post a pic of them now.

ooh wow holy crap pretty good prices if you ask me! Thanks for that site. im uploading the pic right now. the guy a the store said they were mushroom anemones or somthing i think or fuzzygrass. dose that sound right?

so i guess there ricoridas. is there any speical needs for them? he said they where a type of mushroom so i thought i'd be alright with what i have.

I've always thought that Pagoda corals are just about bullet proof. That was actually my first coral and has been steady and strong since day one.
