easy to turn ball valves?

Is there such a thing in 1 to 1.25" size? I was aquarium adventure about a month or two ago and they had one that is maybe .5" with an orange lever and it moved effortlessly.

I see www.savko.com has 1.25 inch ball valves with the orange levers. Has anyone had experience with these - do they turn easier than the standard ball valves?

If you get the tru union ball valves from them they turn easily, i have a 2" on my Dart pump that turns better than all the smaller ones. Of course you will pay a bigger price for it!!

Hayward makes a 2" valve that you could literally open with your thumb and forefinger.....and they have orange handle

Is there anyplace that sells hayward locally or do you have to order online?

those are the george fisher ball valves, i have them on my tank.. they are like butter.. love them...

That's good to know - I called savko and they said their valves where the george fisher ones too - I guess I will buy semi-local then!
