Easy way to hang lights???

I am not sure if the weight for my fixture is accurate or not but i weighed myself then weighed myself holding the light. there was a 20lb difference which seems about right.

would using two of these, one on each end, work?

That should do it, but what type of roof do you have? That could make the difference.

If it's dry wall, how old? Either way, you should be fine as long as you are not tugging on it, just dry test it first.

I would suggest looking for a beam and seeing if that works for you first before going with anchored hooks.

Do not trust those. They should be strong enough, but they, or more specifically your ceiling, might not be. Find your studs if possible.

In my mutt old plaster/new plaster/drywall/wood paneling/foam walls, these work great if there is room for the toggle to rotate and these have proven to be most consistently useable. The only issue I have had with the Toggler Alligator is that I need to drill some of the holes undersized, but that is only because my walls have several, varying, layers of wall materials. I seriously bought (and returned most) over $150 worth of hollow wall anchors a few weeks ago and those two were the only ones that gave good results.

If I was doing the same project, I would probably use the screw and hook from your link, but use the plastic plug from the Toggler Alligator kit.

it is not very old the basement was finished about 8 years ago. And it is just a drywall ceiling

It should. The plastic plug will either split into two wings (as in a hollow wall or ceiling), or it will extrude to fill a hole (such as in masonry or a stud). Watch the video at that link.

I will have to look into those. just looking at the video i can't see them holding that type of weight. just a plastic wing

On the shelves I put up with them, I can almost hang from the brackets before the bracket begins to bend. The anchors are rated for something like 800 lbs. As the Lowe's worker told me, "With your mutt walls, buy 'em all and return the ones that don't work."

I would just get the hooks first so that you can make sure that the anchors and screws will work together properly.

I have a drywall ceiling that is 1.3 cm (.5 in.) thick. Would a couple of these be ok for hanging a 160W Maxspect Razor in which is 2 kg (4.4 lb)?

I would trust that if you can get it into a joist. Otherwise, no. I have trust issues when it comes to hanging stuff, especially when it involves 120VAC over saltwater.
