eb8 amps say zero with everything on,any help would be nice.

There is a procedure in the User Guide (stickied at top of forum) to recalibrate the amp reading.

i telneted to the apex,and gave the command eb8zero 4. still reads zero.

And you did that with all devices turned OFF? If so, then you need to contact Neptune support, support@neptunesys.com
