Ebay Co2 Solenoid

You could just replace the solenoid if that's your issue, marinedepot sell solenoids but not sure about their quality. A good solenoid brand is burkert, make sure it will fit your regulator.

I would not buy the one on the link, it looks low quality and they dont have listed any tech specs.

Are the solenoids pretty much universal for the Co2 regulators in aquarium use? I have a local guy who has a burkert one for sale I'm going to get. Thanks for your advise on the ebay regulator.

That's not the "best", but as stated by tkeracer619 in another thread it can do the job for this as application. That said, it can fail specially the regulator (experienced it) more than the electronic doser.
For the same price or less you can buy a dual stage regulator and a good solenoid that will be pretty much bullet proof and perform better, you will still need a bubble counter to measure the dosing amount but dual stage regulators will give you consistent flow without being affected by variations in the pressure (this happens as the tanks empties).
