ebay t5 lighting

i have a aga 125g tank that i need to throw some t5 over, this seems like an awsome deal can anyone vouche for these lights? also are these the bulbs i need, i plan on going bare bottom with sps and some clam but i cannot use the heat of MH lights....any comments? suggestions?
