ebo-jager TS 250 ?

I just received my heaters today and have a question. The heater is a ebo-jager TS 250 I thought that it was fully submerisable but on the glass tube about a half an inch down it says water level, and above it , it says do not immerse beyond water level. I need to mount these heaters laying on the bottom of my sump. Is it ok to fully immerse them?

Thanks for your email. The heater will indeed work fine fully submersed and laying at the bottom of the sump. The water line is there so that these heater can meet the standards of being UL-listed.
