Echinata, turaki or something else?

Maybe the coral originally resembled echinata when ORA started farming the coral. Possibly they like the name Hawkins echinata better. Anyways, I agree with the "Hawkins" ID it has the right coloration and shape for one.

I know the author does not have a ora hawkins so he doesnt know the scale of the coral and how delicate the branches are. I have both the hawkins and two lokanis....they are very different.

I don't think my acro is a lokani. Btw my coral is not a ORA hawkins. ORA corals are almost impossible to get in Norway. Its like 2 ORA corals in entire Norway that i know of.

I believe the ORA hawkins orginally came from an aquarits tank in Europe......not sure what Country though.

According to ORA, this frag is named after coral facility manager, Robert Hawkins, and originally acquired from a hobbyist in Germany in 2006.

I bought this as a small frag from a guy who actually bought it from Germany! Could it be the same coral as ORA hawkins? what a coincidence.
