Hawkins formation seems to be more of a bush then the Aussie echinatas (bottle brushes)that have been coming in.Both you mention above are aussie wilds(I believe) that were carefully acclimated to captive life and sold as a named coral(named after its appearance or the farmer)after some time. The Hawkins is a really nice blue version of A.Turaki I believe and this is the general consensus. The true indo echinatas are very rare and I believe the ice fire is one of the named versions you may have seen.Indo Wild A. echinata's are not seen in the last decade or so IME.The Aussie A. Echinata's seem to be very hardy in comparison and once the coral is over the hump they grow quite fast
The corals you mention are all capable of producing some awesome pigments under proper conditions and the color will vary quite a bit from one system to another.
