echinphyllia and lighting

I have 4 t5 ho bulbs (coralife lunarlight) over my 20 gallon long. Do you guys use low medium or high lighting (bottom, middle top of tank) for echinophyllias?

Most LPS are medium light medium flow but not direct flow keep it random if you can! Also LPS can be adjusted to high light higher up the rock work if you take your time to acclimate them to the light.
