Basically I put a post on here awhile back stating that the connector in my power supply was no longer making contact.

All it took was an email with my problem and my address and without question they shipped a new power supply that day

Just wanted to say thank you for having the best customer service I have ever witnessed.
 
agreed! posted my issue with my wireless driver... got a replacement part shipped to me within 2 days!

Yup! Great customer service. Both of my magnets were promptly replaced after contacting customer support! It's good to see a company stand behind the product they are selling.
