Just wanted to share a lil story. Recently one of my 3 radions randomly quit working. I would unplug it and plug it back in and would work for a while then do it again. Well it happened again last week and couldn't get it working again. Apparently ecotech saw the problems I was having when using their program via USB to try and reprogram the lights (try to restart the programs). Long story short they left me a voicemail to which I returned to find out they were going to give me brand new radions (all 3!!) at absolutely no charge. Received them within 5 days and couldn't be happier with how they treated me.They even paid for me to ship the old ones back. The man said "we understand u could choose from 100s of providers for lights and u chose us (and we understand we're not the cheapest) so it is the least we can do to show our gratification" How awesome is that!!!!! I will definitely keep buying from them. It's hard to find such good service these days. Nice to know some companies still care about their customers.
