EcoTech Marine MP10 Vortech Question

How many of these for a 75? I keep nems / leathers and sofies (mostly). Could I get by with 1 for now and add another later? I had mr for my return / 2820 seio's and 2 620 sieo's. But I cut back and just have my return and 1 620 seio in there now. and the tank looks better than before. I would like to replace that Seio, but only can do 1 EcoTech Marine MP10 Vortech at a time....

What type of anemone?

My 75 has 2 MP10's (( opposite side of the tank, in anti-sync mode )), and that is the perfect amount of flow for my S. Haddoni -- which aren't fans of large amounts of flow.

I have 1 on my 75 and would really like a second. If you can get them used you can save a few bucks, plus they look a lot nicer than a bulky powerhead in the tank.

Man, I don't know how you guys are putting two mp10's on such small tanks.

I can't put mine past 20% on my 12, and have played around in my 25 cube and can't put it past 60-70% without blowing water out the other side.

How do you like having 2? I currently have 1 in my 29 but have been thinking hard about getting a second one.

I'm running them at 75% anitsync on nutrient export mode. I was happy with one but since I bought the wireless model I figured I might as well add a second. Overall coral color and polyp extension has improved greatly since adding the second. I'm very happy with the second pump. SPS and clam tank.

I have 2 on my 30long (36" tank) and am fairly happy. I don't think 1 would be enough, but you'll have to play around with them to get the flow right. Also, expect your nem to wander.

I have two 10s on my 90 and in my opinion it's much more flow than 3 MJ 900's that used to be in the tank. They're great btw, my fish love to ride the alt. current!
