Tim, what if I don't have the warrenty registration card but I do have a copy of the receipt since the store is going to print it from the history of my purchases?

Falling off thing

Tim,
I know the original poster talked about being all set with falling off thing but what did he do to fix it? I have the quiet drive pump MP40 and it has been falling off as well. I have a 5/8" glass. The correct spacer is in so not sure what the issue is. It fell off some when new so it's not like the wet side is dirty. I called today and someone told me to clean the wetside but it's very clean now.
Suggestions?
