So I have been having issues with my battery back-up so I called the Customer Service Department. To my surprise they are sending me a new battery back-up with a return label to send my old one back.....NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

Just on that alone Eco-Tech Marine has earned a customer for life. Great Product....Great Customer Support! It's not often companies treat their customers like that anymore. :thumbsup:

I had the exact same experience with a DOA power supply for my MP40 that I purchased off of eBay, I was literally shocked when then customer support asked for my address right away, no questions asked, so he could send me a new power supply out ASAP. GREAT customer service!
