Educate me on local finds..

Oh yeah, a second bucket of water, without the fish, is also a good idea, so you can do a water change, mid-trip….

nice catch

Well, the fish are in the tank and doing well so far! I put the wrasses and the goby in first, and I just put them in a bag and in the tank to get the temp the same, and slowly added water inside. Then, I tested the salinity of the water in the Damsels container, and I realized it was way more salty then my tank so I added fresh water and let it sit a while. Then I did the same thing that I did with the others and now he is swimming around. The damsel swims like a bat out of hell, its been in there for 2 hours and it just keeps doing laps around my tank. They are all going to town eating all of my copepods which is good i guess, but I dropped a pellet of this food I bought for them and it doesnt seem like they liked it. Maybe its too early to feed still. Also hopefully my tank isnt going through a cycle because I came home and there is more diatoms and algae everywhere.I started my tank almost 2 months ago with cured rocks and it never cycled and my parameters were fine. It may because I bought a timer for it just before I left for break and the lights were staying on for longer then 12 hours. Any suggestions as to what to feed these guys? Also, if anyone can get a good ID for them of let me know where to look that would be awesome! Pics as promised:
