eheim 1260 question

Does anyone know if eheim pumps have american pipe thread fittings? I'd like to use a 1260 as a feed pump for my skimmer, but I'd like to put a union on the output for ease of removal/cleaning. Thanks for any help!

I don't think they do. I've always order eheim parts if needed though

you can use a 3/4" fitting but you will have to use a bunch of teflon to prevent leaking
