we invite you all to hang out at the Albuquerque aquarium for shark week! should be great and fun for all ages!!!

now's the time to take part in a multi group meeting. have a bbq, trade frags and share your tank experences with El Mar, "El Paso Marine and Reef"



does jen still setup the meetings! can someone get a hold of her or the person that does the meetings.

Last time I heard Mike and Z are takin charge of the club..Jen does not do it anymore per Jen..Usually summer has extremly low turnout due to vacationing..

I'm extremely busy with work at the moment and we'll be backpacking this weekend but after that I'll take a look at your agenda and see what we can put together. I'll probably have a lot more time to chat next week.

i not sure this was said but we are looking at the 27th of july for this meeting. which is the second day of shark week. not saying this date is set in stone but we have caled ahead for a walk though. not saying that couldnt be changed but the time is now. plan ahead and it makes it easyer for all.

we are still looking for a place to have the BBQ if anyone has a place in mind , please post , tell us. let us hear from you.

There's Tingley Beach right next door and the Botanical Garden, but I think you have to pay a fee to get into it.

Admission to Tingley Beach is free. Paddle boat rentals and stuff like that is what costs.

Oh yea also admission to the botanical gardens is included in the admission for the aquarium.

At tingley beach, I dont know about the grills. But I am pretty sure there are tons of trees there. There is a concession stand where you can buy food at both tingley and the gardens.

Hey I dont know if you guys are still doing this meeting..Are you guys getting a behind the scenes tour? If you arent and need a connect for this hit me up ..I took our group in Dec. and they really liked it..I think Uderwater was going to go but it fell through..

we meeting for the walk though , which starts around 10:00 meet for lunch at the botanical gardens.

i know this is the first time we are doing this. hoping over time we can do it again and work things our better.
