Electric help

Anyone have a strong electrician backround that has some spare time? When any load goes on in my house the rest of the house equipment slows down. I found this out when I checked my skimmer pumps when I turn on my MH's. I already checked my circuits and my pumps are on seperate ones. I think it may be in my panel or on the transformer. Any help would be appreciated.

Electric help
Hey Joe if u want to go the pro way the electrician that worked in my home installing my standby is very good-( As u know in south florida is difficult to find good labor).
Anyways he also fixed some of my wiring in my tank and he's really good and reasonable.

Joe, I can probably help you at least diagnose what's going on. I have another kill-a-watt, a couple of multimeters, and a clamp-on ammeter. We could try a couple of things and pinpoint what's happening. Also, we could take a look at your panel, I still suspect your loads are heavy on one leg of the incoming 120V.

If any significant changes are needed, you're probably best to go with a pro. I've done my own electrical work at home, but hesitate to touch anyone else's. I took just enough EE classes in college to be dangerous. :D

Maybe sometime this weekend. I'd love to bring Christy by to see your tank anyway.

np just let me know if u still need him s/p Mr. briggs assesment and I will give u his # if i find it at home.

I dont think so remember I have no stove no dryer no hot water heater those are all gas. The only thing electric is my house is my tank and A/C units (lights & TV of coarse)

Joe,

I'll give you a call tomorrow. Since we have the bowling thing Sunday, perhaps sometime tomorrow afternoon. Maybe we could work it in before/after a stop at Jeff & Dave's.

I just want to thank Jeff and his Christy who were nice enough to come over and help figure out my electric problems. Looks like we may have figured it out.
