Elegance Flow Question

I have new elegance coral and am wondering if anyone knows of a video showing the right amount of flow? I suspect I may have to much flow for it.

The tenticals should move around gently, swaying, I guess you can say. Mine does not like straight flow.

Mines on the sandbed and gets a pretty decent amount of random flow. Two MP10's blow its polyps around quite a bit in a random back and forth motion. Even when I get my flow up around 40x turnover (1600 gph on a 40 breeder) it never responds negatively. Granted its not recieving as high of flow as my SPS up top but it still seems to like a generous amount of flow.
