Emerald Crab Compatability

I've had emerald crabs before and found them to be pretty docile.... but I've never had one with as 'mixed' a reef as im working on currently. Could anyone pretty please point out to me any potential issues between an emerald crab and my list of 'things im concerned about' below?

-maxi mini and rock flower anemones
-brittle stars
-abalone
-shrimp and goby pair

Now that I have a sump, I can always put him there if he proves not to be a model citizen.... but.... any glaring issues with any of the above?

Thank you!!

It SHOULD be ok with everything on your list IMO, but you never can tell with these things sometimes. I got rid of mine because it was picking at my zoanthids more times than I would like.
Definitely be prepared to make some changes if the crab decides to go rouge.

I have several Mithrax crabs in my very mixed tank, 2 green and one ruby. They were all collected wild in the Florida Keys. I have many rock flower anemones, several maxi-mini anemones, 3 peppermint shrimp, 2 cleaner shrimp, as well as both big and small serpent and brittle stars. They all were in my old 180g system and have now been together for 5 months in my new 125g system. I've never had any issues with them.

But as Al said above, you never know for sure.

Hahaha yeaaa... i understand the general crab disclaimer, but this is really good to hear. I think ill try one soon. I removed as much bubble algae as i could when transfering rock from my old 20 to new 65... but you never get ALL of that stuff, so trying to stay well ahead of it in the new tank.

Once the bubble algae is gone you'll find your emerald crab will enjoy flake food algae or even nori in a clip. I drop a 3"x2" sheet to the bottom of the tank and my emeralds and shrimp all come out and eat. I keep the fish away by hanging a second clip about 1/3 to 1/2 way down at the other end of the tank

That's not a bad idea with the nori. I have some that ive been hand feeding my abalone with, but hadn't considered the rest of the cuc would appreciate it as well.
