MY RBTA IS ON THE VENTS OF MY OVER FLOWS AT THE BOTTOM i CANT TURN THE OVER FLOWS BACK ON BECAUSE IT IS GETTING SUCKED INSIDE HOW AM i GONNA GET IT TO MOVE

point a powerhead in it's general direction. That should get it to move....not right on it, but slightly off to one side.

a half hour at the most is what i'm thinking. I'm not an expert in this area though.

if you can put a few extra ph in the tank to supplement any lost flow. you'll have to be able to stick around to see that the nem doesn't get stuck in them tho

I AIMED THE POWERHEAD A LITTLE TOWARDS IT i DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO IT WONT MOVE AND i HAVE TO TURN TANK BACK ON SOON

have you tried searching in the clownfish and anemone forum? Search reefkeeping magazine or wetwebmedia.com

as alast resort, search google.

sorry i can't be more help. I've never kept one b/c I've read enough about them to know not to try to keep them. I'm afraid it'd move around the tank leaving death in it's wake.

I could be off base, but have you tried picking it up and moving it? When I bump my LTA from time to time it generally finds a new place to hang out...

HOW LONG CAN i KEEP THE TANK OFF LIKE THIS FOR

After my return pump failed, I had no overflow/return flow for a day, and everything (including corals) were fine. I still had water movement however due to my Koralia 2.

I got mine to move by aiming a powerhead directly at it. Try that first. As a last resort, you can try manually moving it but you need to be extremely careful. Slip your fingernail under the nems foot and gently try to get it to release. Do NOT tear it's foot, severe damage will kill it for sure.

OK RBTA IS COMPLETLEY INSIDE THE OVERFLOW AT THE BOTTOM i HAD TO TURN TANK ACK ON DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO CAN'T GET IT OUT NOW

ITS WHOLE FOOT WAS INSIDE THE VENTS AND JUST ITS TIPS WERE STICKING OUT NOW ITS COMPLETLEY INSIDE OF THE BOTTOM OVERFLOW SO UPSET DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO HAVE TO GO TO WORK NOW AS WELL

i guess you could start by not yelling jk, but seriously, in this hobby you have to be patient.. next time you get an anemone turn off all the power heads and let the anemone settle. then slowly turn the power heads on one by one and make sure it stays

it either comes out, or it dies. you go get it, or it dies.

Do you know what ticked it off in your tank?? Switch flow, lighting, adding corals closely. Anything that changed before it moved? Water parameters?
