Emergency - return pump stopped. Fish look bad

I've got a new pump running now but I don't know how long the return pump was off. My blue hippo tang looks really bad - very white, lethargic - and my kole tang has tiny white dots on him. HOW CAN I HELP THEM RECOVER TONIGHT?

Should I let the lights shut off at midnight or keep them
On overnight tonight so everybody can settle down?

Water flow brings oxygen in the tank , better the flow better the O2 levels. If you have low or no flow then O2 levels may drop below needed amount and then fish loss will happen.

Do you have powerheads, or is all of your flow generated by the return pump?

I have a good power head with lots of flow

Sorry but specs would help. Type and size of power head and tank size and age would really help..
