Emperor eye white spot

my Emperor(fm) is

one side eye white spot(0.1mm)..

very well eat..

but no disease...

already 3 week during .. OTC,TDC,fresh water treatment...

prob,flukes do a fresh water dip you will see them lift off his eyes, get prazi pro

That spot is too small and too distinct to be Neobenedinia. The diagnostic FW dip is still a good idea, but it may be something else. The fish also seems to have a bit of Lymphocystis on the base of its left pectoral fin.
