Emperor in LPS system

Hey All
Just looking for some thoughts on an Emperor Angel in a LPS system,
I have some torches,frogspawn,hammers variuos acans and duncans.

I've been reading a lot about this recently as I just added a large angel (blue face). I've read everything out there I could find. From what I've read, majestics are the safest, emporors are the second and blue faces are the third. Most seem to like zoas and open brains. Not sure what makes them like those over torches, hammers etc. Emporors usually ignore most things with the exception the brains. Usually doesnt mean 90% of the time though. Seems to be a small minority, more like 60-70% of them. I think keeping them well fed will make a world of difference. I feed 2-3 times a day and will be bumping that up to 3-5 with the addition of the angel

If you like the fish more than the corals go for it. But it's a gamble, being expect the best results. When adding it, be sure to not be upset if it goes Rambo on corals. If you love your corals, stay away from an angel...

I added a flame to m reef... Big mistake... It worked out for a while , but then it picked on everything. Even my green bubble tip anenome wasn't safe....

Just like gambling oin a casino, don't bring more than you are willing to Loose

I have a stand by tank of need be,but ive been in the hobby for many years but always wanted an xmas island emperor.The chance came for a juvi and well it will be here next week,if need be ill grab a frag tank for the corals.
