Emperor Not Right

I have a 14 year old emperor angel that is not swimming right, she is mostly vertical, it came on very sudden. I'm assuming it's a swim bladder issue but am not sure what to treat her with. She is 15" so moving her out of her 300g isn't really an option and there is live rock in this tank. What should I use to treat her? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes heavy breathing. No new fish, they have all been in this tank together for 13 years. She doesn't have a mark on her so whatever is happening is internal. They get a balanced diet of Formula 1 and 2, mysis, whole krill and dried algae.

I don't have any solid advice to share. As a guess I'd say an internal bacterial infection, I might feed a course of erythromycin or kanamycin in food. Is it eating, visible bloat? What I would do is message Bob Fenner on wetwebmedia and pick his brain. Good luck to you.
