Love the fish, the gem tang might not be worth the price now but is still one hell of a prized fish!

Cool pics Scott and thanks for heads up on this thread. The filefish is dead. It ate prepared foods just fine as well as all my sps polyps so it had to go. That one fish was enough to decimate many of my sps colonies.
The clowns are in acclimation boxes. Both of those pictured came from Bones Reef. He has awesome specimens, the best I have ever seen. I know he is working on a new breeding program that if it is succesful will be a major accomplishment. I have been donating a lot of my adult clowns that I have collected over the years to help get it jump started.
The three small clowns I received from him were much nicer than any picasso morph I have seen even in pictures. I have gotten picasso's from well known and established facilites that were not this nice.
The gem tang- it's been hand raised since the size of a silver dollar. It' just cool to have but if anyone wants to make an offer I MAY think about it. I have had numerous offers in the past but it's hard to let go of my little baby. I started that thing out when it could only eat cyclopeeze! Now 2 years later it's so fat it can hardly swim!
To everyone out there, if anybody knows of any Hybrid tangs for sale please let me know. If I end up getting one for a decent price I'll send some frags your way for locating it and you'll have my appreciation to boot!

Does this mean you had it rubbed out, whacked....
...did it die from disease, malnutrition, accident or drive-by.
You said it ate prepared foods just fine, would prepared foods alone been sufficient enough to sustain it?
