engineer goby compatibility

I'm considering adding an engineer goby to my 75g FOWLR. According to this site:

"They will eat very small fishes, crustaceans and worms"

I have small fished in my tank. Will the engineer goby actually eat them?

Current setup:
75g w/ 100 lbs LR
bicolor angel
yellow wrasse
false perc clown
(2) firefish
(2) Blue Gudgeon Dartfish
mandarin goby
scooter blenny
yellow watchman goby w/ pistol shrimp
sailfin blenny
cleaner shrimp
peppermint shrimp
hermits and snails

I may be wrong but I was told not to put gobies together in the same tank.

depending on the size, the goby is going to eat your shrimp.....if he is not big enough yet, he will get big.
