Epoxy - My skimmer went crazy

I used Epoxy to fix a coral on a rock last night. When I came down to check on the tank this morning, my sump was almost empty because my skimmer produced very wet skim with a lot of saltwater. The floor was also wet, not sure exactly why, but it must have been the skimmer (nothing else leaks).

Has naybody else had similar experience? I won't use it again.

Skimmers will react to stuff to like. Just turn the skimmer off when it starts to act up like that or turn the water level down in the skimmer to prevent overflow.

I am just afraid to have this happen again, when I am not around and have a tank crash with something stupid liek this.
