Error in Updating - How to get connection

I went to update to 4.02. Unfortunately, I pressed the ENTER on the Profilux After I started the firmware update transmission. The software gave an error message and the update did not complete. Now, I cannot connect to the Profilux.

I have the correct COM and have tried every device address. However, the software cannot find the Profilux Unit.

I use Vista and currently have Profilux version 4.01 software.

What should I do next? Thanks for the help

reload V4.01 and go from there

Have a look at page 66 of the online manual...

You will have to pop open the case and place a jumper inplace.

If the memory is still "alive" it is enough to power down the ProfiLux, then try it again to connect.

If ProfiLux is still dead -> follow boboxx' recommendation

With a great sigh of relief, the memory was still alive. Worked like a charm. Thanks Matthias. Got the update done.
