Error installation setup reeflink

Hello, I have a reeflink it is impossible to install, run setup and have the following error

Cannot continue. The appliacation is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance

I was tested with 3 computers with the same result, is a new refflink
Someone can help me, thanks

Are you trying to download the Windows or macOS version of the ReefLink Setup application?

hi, i'm using windows
the problem was the version of net framework, net framework 4.5 needed
now I can not configure my wireless router reeflink, not detected, could help

Did you try clicking the refresh button in the upper right-hand corner above the network list? Sometimes some networks respond faster than others.

Yes, I did many times, only once I run and disappeared to the second
