ESL controlling Vortech pumps

How much longer do I have to wait until ecosmart live will be able to control my vortech pumps?

The mode I have my radion in automatically turns my pumps into night mode and I have tried to keep them in the same mode as they are during the day with no luck.

What mode is that?
 
Paranoid,

VorTech integration will be available within the next few days via the Iphone app. At this time, we are currently waiting for Apple to approve our Iphone update. An official announcement will be made within the next few days once the App has been approved.

Alex, when will Vortech control be available through Ecosmart Live? I understand the delay with Apple approving the app but wondering when we can control via reeflink and ESL.
 
Now I am having problems just trying to get my radion to show up in ecosmart live. Just got a new laptop and installed the connection manager and have the radion plugged in. The connection manager shows that the radion is plugged in and connected but when I go into ecosmartlive the screen starts grayed out as it is loading and shows in the background that my radion is connected, but once the screen goes to normal it automatically disconnects my radion and I cannot access it. Tried several times multiple ways and I only got it to connect for a few moments and then it disconnected on me. I am using google chrome.
 
Paranoid,

I would recommend following the steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Quit the Connection Manager
2. Temporarily disable any anti-virus software
3. Start the Connection Manager and ensure you are logged into the correct account
4. Sign into EcoSmart Live

If that does not solve the problem, please call in today.
 
I would have thought they could have implemented it on ESL first, Then work on apps.. At least you can set them ups from ESL. I mean who is going to change their pumps once they are set? All I can think of is putting them in feed mode from time to time.
 
Upgraded and working.

Is there any documentation available for setting up custom schedules, how to invoke Feed Mode, etc.
 
I'm feeling a little (cough, cough) under the weather boss... I think I may need to go home and ReefLink... Er... aaa... rest
