ESL Not Finding MP40s

Just checking to see if anyone else has had problems linking up their MP40s to ReefLink.

I have updated the firmware on all products. When I go to My Aquarium to add the MP40s, I see updates saying "retrieving details for device 1 (lights), 2 and 3". Then I get an error, "We couldn't find and devices. Please try again".

When I look under ReefLink Details on ESL, I see the MP40s. The MP40s don't show a device id however.

I am also having issues linking my vortechs to reeflink. Kept getting an error message stating something about unable to write OS. I'll make sure I have the latest firmware on my reeflink and try again later today.

In both cases, I would recommend power cycling your ReefLink and trying again. If you continue to have issues, please call in as we would like to troubleshoot each case individually for a quick resolution.

I'll call in after lunch Alex. I have power cycled my ReefLink and my phone several times. I am still getting the same error.

Any advice on how you were able to get it connected? Tried again last night with no luck. Reeflink and apps are latest firmware. Didn't work with iPhone or iPad.

Got the answer... Turned off connection manager on my Mac, turned off light, moved ReefLink away from other wireless items.
