Established Anemone Disappeared

My RBTA has been in my tank since March, so close to 6 months now. It's been in the same spot since the 4th day I've had it. It seemed healthy and happy. I feed it pea size pieces of bay scallops or shrimp once a week. On Friday it seemed like my clownfish was finally interested in it. I even took a picture of her hanging out near it (I'll attach it). She was looking at it and letting it touch her, but she was not rubbing in it. That day (Friday), we left for the weekend. Today (Sunday) we get back and the anemone is no where to be seen and my clownfish is back in the corner it usually hangs out in. Do you think it was irritated by my clown? Should I be concerned? Could it be splitting? It's a clone from a acquaintances tank.

Here it is 2 days ago (in the same spot it's lived for almost 6 months).

Here is a shot of the tank

I spotted it behind the rocks. It's been moving around back there all morning. I'm assuming my clown irritated it. So my next question is will it get used to my clowns? Assuming they are still interested when it re-emerges.
