ESV B-Ionic 2 part

Hi all, curious why I don't see anyone talking about the b-ionic 2 part. From what little I have heard about this stuff, it is a very quality product, yet I don't see many people on here using it for their 2 part dosing regimen.

Anyone using this? Thoughts on it?

I used it when I had a smaller system and have no complains. But now I dose over 200ml/day of each 2 part so was no longer feasible.

Yeah probably a bit pricey when you're dosing large amounts of 2 part. I'm guessing that's the case for a lot of people

I use it, well did when I had my tank stocked with Acropora. Once its stocked back up, I'll be using it again.

I love it and will continue to use it!

I purchased the two 32fl.oz. bottles. While my tank was only using 7ish ml a day, it lasted me quite a while. I can see how it could get costly like Usernam Invalid mentioned, especially at 200ml a day.

But with my stocked 56 gallon tank, it worked perfect for me and kept my Alk/Cal really stable.
I personally hate mixing powder and RODI. I just feel I do it wrong and don't mix the both accurately. So this, for me, was a perfect buy as you just dose according to the directions.
It also adds some trace elements which works great. I run a ZEOvit tank and maintenance requires weekly 10% water changes to replenish trace elements.

Though I feel dosing large amounts of any premade liquid will get costly.

@Usernam Invalid how're you dosing 200ml a day of each? You only have a few frags in your tank..... :lmao:

I really like this product although it is pricey if u use a lot. I buy in bulk which brings the cost down substantially. I'm currently dosing 260 ml/day on my 190g tank with connected frag tank. I play with the idea of switching over to a calcium reactor all the time.

Go for it. Worst case, you don't like it and you try something else!

when I used it, I had to reduce my dosing amount by 1/3 or so, so be careful when switching and watch your alk...seems to be a little more concentrated...

Have used it for the past 2 years. I like it. Nice that it has some trace elements in it also.
