I think that is fairly obvious. As Vice President, he would be required to preside over all meetings that he, the president, was unable to attend.

Ok, my count is 11 out of our 20 members have voted!!! (assuming Melly cast her ballot) Thats pretty strong for being the first day and all... Also, Dave at CR informed me a few of the signees we picked up at the CR meeting only joined to get the 10% discount... So are we announcing at the next meeting???
