I personally wasn't aware of when you guys swap was this year or if you were even having one. We have been meaning to have one for a couple of years and things finally looked like they would come together. Heck Melly and I tried to arrange the first frag swap in Tennessee several years ago and it ended up being at Mel's house

How you get the $ for 2 swaps is easy.....you just sell more stuff

We are just looking to break even on this one. Interested to see if we can get some people from NC and VA to attend.

Do you know that I had COMPLETELY forgotten about that. How many people did we have in that TINY little house of mine? It was a BUNCH. Quick and dirty frag swap though! hah hah.

What kind of info are you wanting??? We're still in the planning stages on a lot of this... But feel free to ask any questions you might have...

Its going to be free to the general public...

I think we decided on a
$15 table fee for selling frags...

Each Reef club represented will have a free table for selling...

Is your swap in June replacing the Chattanooga swap or is it a separate event?

Be sure to have a little rule about how many people can be at a club table or something. The last swap I went to, the table next to me had like 9 people and they kept bumpin my table everytime somebody would get up to leave the table.

Also Sponsors? Who is sponsoring it? I know a couple places who might sponsor it.

No, I don't believe we are replacing the Chattanooga swap -- we are just real close to it in timing. No word on the sponsors yet, but when we figure out the list somebody send it to me so I can update the web page. Honest. Seriously. No laughing now...

Harry, Ours is a separate event. I'm unsure if the Chattanooga crew is having one this year.

Good idea, we will add it to our discussion at the next BOD meeting.

As for Sponsors, it's still to soon to know for sure.
